Our fully equipped Service Department provides quality workmanship and we are more than happy to service all major makes & models of outboard & inboard brands. When it comes to servicing your outboard it is important to keep this up to date. With our through inspections we offer preventive maintenance to ensure you are out on the water longer & with minimal fuss.
Auckland Marine offer a full range of genuine parts and accessories. This can be from a simple first/annual service to all levels of repairs. As a part of our standard service we offer a full 50-point inspection to ensure that when your boat leaves the workshop all possible and potential issues are found. As the customer you have the option to repair or replace anything while in for service saving you time, hassle and potentially cost.
If you are looking at purchasing a boat privately or through another dealer and are wanting to get it inspected, we offer a full appraisal inspection report. This involves going through the engine, boat & trailer to provide you with detailed list of any issues you might want to know of before handing over your hard-earned money. You will also get a valuation & a detailed quote to carry out repairs if required.
Our service Department also offers following :
- Upgrade or new install of the major brands of Sounders/GPS Units (Simrad, Lowrance, Hummingbird, Furuno) We can also offer to help you choose the correct unit or transducer.
- With our existence knowledge working with custom fishing boats we can help you get ready for any type of fishing. From live bait tank set-ups, custom tuna tube systems to fitting & setting up boats for sports fishing, we have all the in-house expertise to aid in this area.
- Replacement or install of other electronic items (VHF radio’s, Stereo systems, bilge pumps etc).
- We offer full trailer repairs & replacements. This starts from cleaning out your trailer plug, replacing wheel bearings and trailer lights to full replacement trailers. We can also offer onsite WOF’s saving you precious time from having to take you trailer to the local garage or VTNZ for inspection.
- Being a Humminbird / Minn-Kota Pro-Store we offer full installation of Minn-Kota electric trolling motors. This can include advise of what unit is best for you to custom made plinth’s & set up.
- We stock a full range of Mercury Marine spare parts including oils, engine parts and accessories.
